Terms & Conditions
Terms governing use of DesignLive, DesignLive accounts, AI-assisted design services and production features.
1. Operator and Scope

Cyprus
Company Registration No.: HE 483194
VAT No.: CY60253516R
Email: support@designlive.org
These Terms apply to access to and use of DesignLive services made available through designlive.org and associated DesignLive applications and interfaces. Additional terms may apply to separately agreed enterprise, API, embedding, white-label, customization or partnership services.
2. Accounts
Some DesignLive services require an account. Users must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and notify DesignLive promptly if unauthorized access is suspected.
Users are responsible for activity performed through their account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Free and Paid Plans
DesignLive may offer free and paid plans. Current prices, usage allowances, included engines, storage conditions and other plan features are those shown on the applicable pricing, checkout or account interface at the time an order is placed.
Free plans may contain usage limits and may be changed or discontinued where reasonably necessary. Existing statutory or contractual rights remain unaffected.
4. Subscriptions and Renewal
Where a paid plan is offered as a recurring subscription, the applicable billing period and price are shown before purchase.
Unless the checkout states otherwise, recurring subscriptions continue for successive billing periods until cancelled.
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally terminate access already paid for during the current billing period.
5. Payment
Payments may be processed using an external payment-services provider. Available payment methods and the identity of the active provider will be displayed through the applicable checkout or payment interface.
Users authorize collection of charges shown and accepted during checkout, including applicable taxes where required.
6. AI-Assisted Design
DesignLive uses artificial-intelligence-assisted systems to create, propose, edit or structure design content. AI-generated results can vary and may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable material.
Users remain responsible for reviewing a design before publication, commercial use, printing or distribution, including names, contact information, prices, claims, spelling, images, trademarks, QR codes and other factual or legal content.
7. User Content and Uploads
Users retain rights they already hold in content they upload or submit. By supplying content to DesignLive, the user grants AI Innovation Services LTD the limited rights reasonably necessary to process, store, transform and display that content for providing the requested DesignLive service.
Users must have the necessary rights or permissions for uploaded photographs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics and other materials.
Users must not upload unlawful material or content that infringes the rights of another person or organization.
8. Generated Output
Subject to rights belonging to third parties and applicable law, users may use DesignLive-generated output for their intended personal or commercial purpose. DesignLive does not guarantee that AI-generated material is unique or that similar output will never be generated for another user.
9. Project Storage and Expiration
Unless a particular plan or feature states otherwise, generated DesignLive projects and associated assets are subject to the standard DesignLive seven-day temporary storage period.
DesignLive may display the remaining storage time and may provide project download and manual deletion functions. Users who wish to retain a project beyond the applicable storage period should download it before expiration.
Expired project assets may be deleted automatically and may no longer be recoverable.
10. Professional Print and Production Preparation
DesignLive may provide professional print-preparation functions including bleed and trim preparation, resolution processing, CMYK conversion, output-intent handling, PDF/X generation, preflight checks and printer-package creation.
A DesignLive production-ready or preflight status means that the digital file has passed the DesignLive production checks applicable to that workflow. It does not constitute a guarantee of the result of a physical printing process.
Physical print results may be affected by printer equipment, inks, substrates, paper, finishing, calibration, environmental conditions and other production factors outside DesignLive's control.
11. Printer Package and Send to Printer
Where DesignLive creates a printer package or provides a Send to Printer handoff, DesignLive supplies digital production files and workflow assistance. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, AI Innovation Services LTD is not the printing company and is not a party to a separate print-production contract between the user and a printer.
Users and printers remain responsible for confirming quantities, materials, prices, delivery requirements and final production specifications.
12. Acceptable Use
DesignLive must not be used to create, upload, distribute or promote content that is unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, deceptive or intended to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
13. Availability and Changes
DesignLive may update, improve, replace or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal or commercial reasons.
Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service availability.
14. Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary because of security risks, misuse, non-payment, legal obligations or material breach of these Terms.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to mandatory law, users are responsible for reviewing generated content and production files before commercial publication, distribution or physical printing.
16. Governing Law
Unless mandatory law or a specific written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to a consumer remain unaffected.
17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when DesignLive services, pricing models, technology or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
