Payments & Subscriptions

Payment, subscription, renewal and billing rules for paid DesignLive services.

1. Prices and Plans

The price, currency, billing period, usage allowance and included functions of a paid DesignLive plan are displayed before the customer places an order.

Prices may differ between plans or services. Applicable taxes are handled according to the transaction and applicable tax rules.

2. VAT

AI Innovation Services LTD is registered under VAT No. CY60253516R. VAT and other applicable taxes will be handled according to the customer's status, location and applicable tax requirements.

3. Subscription Billing

Where a plan is sold as a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes the applicable recurring charge for each billing period until cancellation.

4. Automatic Renewal

Unless the applicable checkout expressly states otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled.

5. Cancellation

A subscription may be cancelled using the available account or billing function or by contacting DesignLive where no self-service cancellation function is available.

Unless mandatory law or the applicable plan states otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.

6. Payment Provider

DesignLive may use an external regulated payment-services provider to process payments. The active provider and available payment methods will be identified through the checkout or payment interface.

Provider-specific processing terms may apply in addition to these DesignLive commercial terms.

7. Failed or Rejected Payments

If a payment is rejected, reversed or remains unpaid, DesignLive may request another payment method or restrict paid functionality after appropriate notice where permitted by law.

8. Changes to Pricing

DesignLive may change prices or plan structures for future billing periods. Where required, existing subscribers will receive appropriate notice before a new recurring price takes effect.

9. Receipts and Transaction Records

Payment confirmations, receipts or invoices may be provided electronically where applicable.

10. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refund, cancellation and statutory withdrawal information is provided in the DesignLive Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
